Flag Football Program

Athletics at Liberty Academy were inspired by its Physical Education program. Liberty Academy Athletics is intended to introduce our Kindergarten through Fifth Grade boys and girls to the fundamentals of athletics. Our athletic program is designed to engage students through a step-by-step process to promote physical and mental well-being.

Team sport competition is introduced at First Grade. Liberty Academy is a founding member of the Miami Youth Athletic Conference. The conference was established to encourage member schools to improve their extra-curricular program in the area of athletics. The value of conference membership is derived from arranging of schedules, equalizing competition, conducting conference meets, sport championships and generally up-grading the athletic program by adhering to conference standards and goals. Membership implies abiding by conference schedule, by-laws, rules and regulations. The following schools are current members of the Miami Youth Athletic Conference: Liberty Academy, Sheyes of Miami, and Excel Kids Academy. The conference expects to expand to 6 schools by the beginning of the 2022/23 school year.
